Gyoza, Japanese dish

Yesterday I made ​​an interesting exotic meal. It's not easy, but it deserves it.
At 3-4 servings
1 pork fillet, a handful of raw shrimp, the dough ready for gyoza, green onions, 4 tbsp. soy sauce, 1 tbsp. rice vinegar, hot pepper, a few drops of sesame oil, 2 tbsp. sunflower oil
Shrimp clean, to remove the gut, wash and finely chop. Fillet clean from films, finely chopped, add shrimp, soy sauce (2 tbsp. ), grated ginger and garlic, finely chopped green onion and mix. To dump gyoza, spreading to 1 tsp. stuffing and sealing edge of the test (in an overlap at one end). Cooking with butter in a frying pan over medium heat for a couple of minutes, add 0.5 Art. boiling water, cover and cook with steam for another 2-3 minutes. Serve with sauce (mix the soy sauce, vinegar, finely chopped peppers and a few drops of sesame oil).

Good morning!

How could cheer up in the morning if the day will be long and hard?
First of all, understand that it is better to sleep for 30 minutes less, but leave time for something to cheer up in the morning. So do not be lazy to get up early, for that you'll be rewarded with good mood and more or less sober mind. From the first seconds of awakening turn on your TV or your favorite music. If the kitchen has a TV - then of course it is better, but if you prefer music, then select a fast tunes. The first thing head to the bathroom. Wash yourself in cold water, take a contrast shower. A warm shower can also result in muscle tone, though almost no effect on consciousness. Cheer up in the morning perfectly help charging or jogging before shower, but not everyone has time for it ...

Try to drink a glass of water as you wake up. It is useful and, strangely, invigorated. Water can be replaced by orange juice or other juice, containing large amounts of vitamin C. Cheer up in the morning is imposible without coffee. Just do not drink dissoluble coffee, better than scalded.
