Pay attention to the color of the face. Face must not have a yellowish-gray tint, or be washed out. Similarly, the whites of the eyes should be white, not yellow. The presence of yellow in lobes and whites say about your fatigue and possibly a reduced hemoglobin or problems with liver or gallbladder. Look at the tongue. It should not be a white plaque and ulcers. And if the problem is detected, it means there is some disarray.
Dry skin will tell you that it's time to eat more carrots. Ie the body lacks vitamin A, C and Group B. A few days follow your's eyelids and legs. By the evening should not drip legs, and the morning after sleep - ever. If you found a swelling, then you are advised to check the status of kidney and heart. Nails and hair can also tell a lot about the health of your body. Nails should not break, stratify, should be the normal pinkish color, not yellow.
