champagne

Yesterday I told you about how to make rose wine, today I want to continue the theme of wine, and tell about champagne. In shop you can meet directly itself champagne, and you can see the so-called bubbly or sparkling wine, the difference is that the champagne can be a drink produced in the province of Champagne. Now, about how wine becomes carbonated. To make the bubbles sparkle in your glass, take care of the descendants of Madame Clicquo from Champagne: they add sugar in wine to make it ferment a second time in a tightly closed container. This way you'll know that for a drink take on an intimate meeting with your girlfriend.

  2. Now this might sound like a stupid idea to those in the know, but why hasn't anyone ever thought of making a sparkling red wine? If the process is that simple I guess it should be possible.
