Good morning!

How could cheer up in the morning if the day will be long and hard?
First of all, understand that it is better to sleep for 30 minutes less, but leave time for something to cheer up in the morning. So do not be lazy to get up early, for that you'll be rewarded with good mood and more or less sober mind. From the first seconds of awakening turn on your TV or your favorite music. If the kitchen has a TV - then of course it is better, but if you prefer music, then select a fast tunes. The first thing head to the bathroom. Wash yourself in cold water, take a contrast shower. A warm shower can also result in muscle tone, though almost no effect on consciousness. Cheer up in the morning perfectly help charging or jogging before shower, but not everyone has time for it ...

Try to drink a glass of water as you wake up. It is useful and, strangely, invigorated. Water can be replaced by orange juice or other juice, containing large amounts of vitamin C. Cheer up in the morning is imposible without coffee. Just do not drink dissoluble coffee, better than scalded.
